This document outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the SMS messaging services provided by Solved Group, a DBA of MS HOLDING LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Consent for SMS Communication

Opt-In Procedure: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the explicit opt-in box on our website(s) (https://slvd.us, https://solvedgroup.co, https://solvedgroup.net, https://solvedgrp.com), you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Solved Group. This opt-in process is performed through a two-step process that requires both the phone number input AND a checkbox tick, ensuring a double action for consent.

Types of Messages: This consent encompasses various types of messages, including but not limited to transactional, verification, informational, confirmation, appointment reminder, marketing, customer support and operational messages. Each type is specifically defined below.

Non-Condition of Purchase: This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Solved Group. You have the right to opt-out at any time.

Consent Logging: We maintain a detailed log of your consent, including the date and time of the opt-in, the originating IP address, and the specific opt-in channel. This is to ensure that all records are accurate and auditable for compliance requirements.

Consent Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and have your number removed from our SMS messaging list. This can be done through several methods detailed below.

2. Types of SMS Messages

You may receive the following types of SMS messages from us:

Transactional Messages: These messages are triggered by your actions or interactions with our services, and are directly related to your account or an active booking, including booking confirmations, appointment changes, cancellations, payment reminders, receipts, and other critical updates.

Verification Messages: These include messages sent to verify your phone number or account, for security purposes, during initial registration, login attempts, or when needed for added security.

Informational Messages: These messages include important updates, policy changes, service announcements, scheduled maintenance notices, or any other information that may affect your experience with our services.

Confirmation Messages: These are sent to confirm specific actions you take on our website or through our services, such as appointment booking, successful registration, account updates, and other similar actions.

Reminder Messages: These messages are sent to remind you of scheduled appointments, follow-ups, upcoming deadlines, or any pending activities related to your use of our services.

Marketing Messages: These messages promote special offers, discounts, new products or services, upcoming events, and other promotional content from Solved Group.

Customer Support Messages: These messages are sent as a response to customer service inquiries made by you, as well as additional information that is required to answer your inquiry or help with support issues.

Operational Messages: These are messages related to the day-to-day operation of our services, such as password reset requests, account notifications, and other system-generated messages.

Feedback Requests: These are messages requesting you to leave feedback about our services.

Emergency Messages: While rare, in emergency situations, messages might be sent about events that affect our ability to provide services, such as power outages or major system issues.

3. Message Frequency and Delivery

Varied Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your engagement with our services. Transactional, verification, informational, confirmation, and reminder messages will be sent as needed. Marketing messages will be sent periodically, but we are committed to not sending excessive volumes.

Message Delivery: While we strive to deliver all messages, we are not responsible for message delivery failures due to network issues, carrier errors, or incorrect phone numbers. We utilize reliable delivery mechanisms and have monitoring in place, however, we cannot guarantee delivery in every situation.

4. Message and Data Costs

Carrier Charges: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

No Solved Group Fees: Solved Group does not charge additional fees for sending or receiving SMS messages.

5. Opt-Out Procedures

Opt-Out Keywords: You can revoke your consent to receive SMS messages from Solved Group at any time by replying with one of the following keywords: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any SMS message you receive from us.

Alternative Opt-Out: You may also opt-out by contacting our customer service team directly at legal@slvd.us with a direct request to have your number removed from our SMS messaging list.

Timeframe for Removal: Upon receiving an opt-out request via keyword, we will promptly remove your mobile number from our marketing messaging list within 24 hours. Opt-out requests made by email may take up to 72 hours to process.

Transactional Messaging After Opt-Out: Please note that after opting out of marketing messages, you may still receive essential transactional, verification, informational, operational, and confirmation messages related to your current service. You must contact our support team directly to remove yourself from these types of messages if you no longer require them, or by canceling your services with us.

Opt-In Renewal: If you opt-out of SMS messaging and wish to opt-in again, you must do so through the process used for your initial consent.

Confirmation message: You will receive a final confirmation message confirming that your opt-out has been processed.

6. Privacy Practices Summary

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We collect and use your mobile phone number and related information, as well as website data, in accordance with our full Privacy Policy, available on our website(s). A summary of that policy is provided below. The Privacy policy will be provided following this terms of service.

7. Message Content & Compliance

Compliance Standards: All SMS messaging activities by Solved Group adhere to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, as well as all applicable state and federal regulations.

Content Restrictions: We do not send any inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content, nor do we include content that would be considered offensive. All message content is brand-appropriate and complies with advertising standards.

Brand Representation: Messages will clearly identify the sender as Solved Group and will use appropriate and standard branding, when branding can be used.

8. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. We will post any updates on our website(s) and we will notify you of major updates. Your continued use of our SMS messaging services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
